Refund Policy

All products have 14- day return policy of unused, unaltered with ALL TAGS attached.  Products go through the highest industry standard of quality assurance and factory processing to satisfy the consumer. It is then packaged and delivered within the United States. Due to the nature of our products, All Sales are Final. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

Exchange Policy

Defective products only. All customer service inquires will be handled promptly. All hair products go through another quality assurance check upon arrival to the United States. If you believe you have received a Defective Product, please inform us within 30 business days of receipt. We will not accept any merchandise for exchange which has been used or altered (perming, relaxing, coloring, lifting, rinsing, brushed, combed, picked, cut, worn, dyed, sewn, glued, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. We will do a quality assurance verification and inform the consumer when it is complete. If an exchange is verified it will be for the same item or equal value. Any price difference above the equal value is the responsibility of the consumer. If an exchange can not be verified as a defective item, the product will be returned to the consumer with our determination. Our guarantee is to have 100% customer satisfaction.
